The All Progressive Congress (APC), ward 10, Etsako East Local Government Area of Edo state has voided the purported suspension of Hon. Vatalis Eshokene and Mr Henry Ekpemoriri.
This was disclosed by the leader of the ward, Hon. Hon Edward Imhanobe said the action was illegal and condemnable.
The two party chieftains were purportedly suspended by the Ward 10 chairman of Etsako East Local Government Area of Edo state, Hon. John Odeh.
According to Imhanobe, the purported suspension by the Ward Chairman on issue bordering on campaign funds, is null and void and of no effect.
He stated that the chairman did not act in line with the the provisions of the Constitution of the APC.
Imhanobe further said that Mr Vitalis Eshokene has always stood firmly behind the party and remained committed to building a stronger, better, and more united party in the ward.
