Edo Guber: Obaseki Is Like An Old Goat Whose Children Have Run Away And He’s Now In The Cold

In less than one week to the governorship election, Comrade Adams Oshiomole has described the outgoing Governor of Edo state, Governor Godwin Obaseki as an old goat whose children have ran away and he’s now in the cold.

The Edo north Senator made this remarks while responding to newsmen just after the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and it’s candidate refuse to sign the peace accord ahead of the election

Oshiomole said: “Because they have already declared… the NLC chairman who is their local government leader, Olaye has already announced that what ever happens at the polling booth, if Asue Ighodalo is not declared the winner, that Nigeria or Edo will burn

“So by fire by force, they must be declared the winner. So if they think in that violent part, they cannot sign the peace accord because they do not believe in peace

“He (Obaseki) was under federal might, he won election in 2016, in 2020 we ran against each other, he won against federal might, this time he’s talking rubbish he with his eyes open when we denied him ticket in APC, he went to PDP and destroyed the PDP, split it. This is the Deputy Governor (Pointing at Comrade Philip Shaibu), so he’s like an old goat whose children have ran away and he’s now in the cold…”
