A middle-aged man is currently on the run after he defiled his daughter for repeatedly defiling his 12-year-old daughter from Matsakha Village in Malava, Kakamega County.
According to the village head , elder Rose Musa the girl confessed that her father had been defiling her ever since she turned 8-years old.
Before escaping the suspect is said to have blamed his actions on the absence of his wife.
He explained that his wife deserted him, and, therefore, had “nowhere else to get s3xual satisfaction”.
Confirming the case, Area assistant chief John Chebsanyi said authorities would do everything possible to ensure the suspect is arrested.
He is expected to be charged with committing incest with a minor, a crime that could attract a life sentence.
