Mr Andrew Okungbowa, the Chief Press Secretary of Obaseki turned in his letter of resignation at noon today.
As at press time, entreaties made by the Governor for him to rescind his decision was turned down.
The reason for the resignation may not be unconnected with the internal squabbles in the Governor’s media team.
