President Elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Vice President-Elect, Kashim Shettima, on Wednesday afternoon moved to the Defence Guest House in Maitama District of Abuja.
Infopowerng reports that the Defence House is the official operational base of the President-Elect till the inauguration on May 29.

Earlier, Tinubu received some chieftains of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at his residence. Abdullahi Sule, the governor of Nasarawa State; Rochas Okorocha, a former governor of Imo State, were among the visitors.
Tinubu is expected to continue to receive briefings and hold key meetings as President-elect from the Defence House.
This newspaper reports that this is not a new development as the current President, Muhammadu Buhari, also lodged at the same location months before his inauguration on May 29, 2015.
Afterward, he moved into his official residence at the Aso Rock Villa, Abuja.
