As the All Progressives Congress gets set for the 2023 general election, a chieftain of the party in Edo State, Gen. Charles Ehigie Airhiavbere has been appointed as Member of the APC “Think Tank On Security.”
In a message stumble upon by Infopowerng, signed by the Secretary Designate of the committee, Ahmed Chiroma, Gen. Airhiavbere and other members of the committee will be inaugurated on Monday, September 5th, 2022.
The former Commander of Army Finance Corps, was the Edo Governorship candidate of the PDP in 2012 when he ran against the then Governor Adams Oshiomhole.
He subsequently dumped the party for the APC in April 2015.
