BREAKING: Dennis Idahosa Defeats Igbinedion, LP As Appeal Court Affirms Edo Rep Member’s Victory

The Appeal Court sitting in Lagos state on Saturday dismissed the appeal case filed by Hon. (Miss) Omosede Igbinedion of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Epelle Asemota Bridgitte Osayuki of the Labour Party (LP) for lack of merit and upheld the election victory of Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa who was elected the representative of Ovia Federal Constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The outcome of the Appeal Court has, thus, reaffirmed the 2023 general election when the electorate massivly voted for Idahosa.
