Former Vice Chancellor of University of Benin, Prof. Emeritus Osayuki Godwin Oshodin is dead.
His death was confirmed on Facebook by the Public Relation Officer of UNIBEN Alumni, kelvin Omokaro, on his Facebook page.
As at the time of filing this report, the cause of his death is still unknown.
Report has it that Prof. Oshodin has been sick.
No official statement from Management of University of Benin yet.

Prof oshodin a man with a Golden heart, your death came to me like a shock but I later thank God because your life was a blessing to humanity most especially the Benin’s, you make us to know that( *it can be done*) you took a lot of people off the street, student and staff rejoice during your time in office as VC you invested in massive infrastructure and human development… good night the grate iroko you will be remember for your good works,may God grant your generous soul eternal rest ( *what will you be remember for!!!!!)*
