However, while we thank you for believing in us and continue to count on your patronage, we are not unaware of the pockets of complaints and suggestions that have been registered by our wonderful guests. We acknowledge these challenges and in an attempt to address them, some of our contractors have also fallen short in dealing with the situation. Notwithstanding, because we cannot take you for granted, we have taken stock of new air conditioners which are currently being installed, fumigation against roaches is underway while the areas of plumbing and security are also undergoing fine adjustments all to pamper and serve you better.
