The Nigerian Police has produced 15 suspects out of 22, alleged to have invaded the home of Justice Mary Odili of the Supreme Court of Nigeria on Friday, October 29.
The suspects are believed to be among a Joint Panel Recovery unit of the Federal Government comprising the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, the Nigerian Police, and the Federal Ministry of Justice.
The panel had invaded the Abuja residence of the Supreme Court next ranking Justice, claiming it had a warrant from Chief Magistrate Emmanuel Iyanna, to search the home of Dr Peter Odili.
Justice Mary is the wife of Dr Peter Odili, who served as Governor of Rivers State between 1999 to 2007.
The suspects are in court for arraignment before Justice Nkeonye Maha of the Federal High Court Abuja.
They are facing an eighteen counts charge.
