The Federal Executive Council led by President Muhammadu Buhari through The Minister of communication and Digital Economy Isa Pantami, have shown great commitment in making sure Fraud, bribery and corruption is reduced in Nigeria and diaspora.
One of the visible ways President Muhammadu Buhari Administration is using to tackle this issue is through the compulsory registration and linkage of National Identification Number (NIN).
Recently, it has been observed that so many Biometric Verification Number holders have not linked their Sim cards with National Identification Number (NIN).
However, following the information released through the official Twitter page of National Identification Management Commission (NIMC), The NIN Enrolment Reaches 54 million and Federal Government approves 30th of June as NIN-SIM Verification Deadline.
Therefore, we urge all Biometric Verification Number (BVN) holders who have not linked their Sim cards with NIN to kindly visit any authorized centre to register their Sim cards before the extended deadline elapse.
