The Member Representing Akoko-Edo Constituency 2 at the Edo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Omoladun Agbaje has felicitated with christians as they mark another Easter Celebration.
Agbaje in a statement personally signed by him, described the Holy season as an ample period to connect with humanity especially the downtrodden through selfless acts.
“Beyond the razzmatazz, this season calls for a deep solemn reflection, we should reflect and emulate Christ’s selflessness, tolerance, forgiveness and love by prioritizing the common good of those around us”, he said.
While felicitating with his constituents, he also tasked them to commit the affairs of the nation into God’s Hands through timely supplications.
“May the sadness, agony and pain of the Crucifixion open a fresh vista of hope in our lives.”, he prayed.
